The Defender is great for helping wrestlers learn how to defend against leg shots and then counter attack. Over 50 different exercises can be practiced on the Takedown Defender to help wrestlers perfect their defense and counter attacking skills.

The Junior size Snap and shoot is about 20% smaller in size than the adult size Snap and Shoot. It has been designed for kids that range in weight from 50-110 pounds. The junior size Snap and Shoot Has about 80 pounds of resistance in the head and legs.

This is the same Snap and Shoot Plus that is the Official Takedown Training System of the National Wrestling Coaches Association, but just made for smaller wrestlers and with less resistance.
